Is this an online CPR, AED, or First Aid Training?

No! We are a hands-on training experience.

Online only certifications are convenient and even more affordable. Unfortunately, most careers requiring this certification will not accept online-only training. Please check with your employer before selecting an online-only training, as many of our students come to us because they find out the hard way that their online-only certification is not accepted for their work and may even result in an income delay or job loss.

Am I guaranteed to get my certification?

Usually, Yes!

We do not sell CPR, AED, and First Aid cards. To earn your certification, you must demonstrate that you have acquired the skills by attending class and being engaged in the lesson.

How long is my certification valid for?

Your certification, regardless of type, remains valid for two years from the date of training.

Why do I need to pay to hold my booked class?

We have tried allowing full payment at the time of class. However, there have been too many incidents where I have blocked my calendar and/or traveled to a booked class only to find that the participant was a no-show. Time is a non-refundable asset, and so is the deposit. If a student does not provide a minimum of 4 hours' notice, I will not be able to rearrange my day and may lose opportunities. If you notify us that you're unable to attend your scheduled class with sufficient notice, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled session. If you made your deposit and notify us early enough that you no longer intend to take the class and do not need to be rescheduled, your deposit will be 100% refunded

How can I obtain a copy of my certification if I misplace it within the two years of its validity?

Please contact me with your full name, the approximate month/year you attended the training, your email address, and a research and replacement fee of $15. We suggest you bookmark the email with your certification to avoid this fee. If you need the card replaced, please note that your renewal date remains unchanged. An updated reprint does not mean new validation dates.

What curriculum do you use for the certification?

Primarily, we use the ASHI curriculum, which is the accepted and state-approved curriculum for most work disciplines. Your card will be issued immediately or within a few hours of completing the training.

We also use the Red Cross curriculum, but it must be specifically requested at the start of class. The Red Cross certifications will be emailed to you by the Red Cross within 72 hours of us submitting proof of training to them. Please verify your job's certification requirements in advance to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations. Refunds are not possible because you were unaware of your job certification specifications for class type or curriculum.
